Compliance e compromissos internacionais em direitos humanos

O objetivo deste artigo consiste em apresentar os principais estudos que examinam compliance em relação aos com-promissos internacionais de direitos humanos. Algumas revisões de literatura sobre o assunto foram estruturadas a partir da cronologia histórica dos principais trabalhos, da matriz disciplinar das abordagens e de linhas teóricas. Neste trabalho busca-se reorganizar essa literatura a partir da divisão dos estudos em três variáveis explicativas: estatal, trans-nacional e internacional, aplicadas no cumprimento dos compromissos internacionais de direitos humanos, dando-se ênfase à capacidade dos agentes internacionais em produzir impactos sobre a decisão estatal.
