The objective is to identify how the subject is studied in Brazil. In this sense, the Content Analysis of 116 articles was carried out. To identify how institutionalized participation is studied, nine variables were used: publication’s year, research object, method used, data collection and analysis techniques used, use and type of statistics, ways of dealing with subjectivity, checking methodological validity and transparency. The results indicate an empirical literature that is characterized by the study of public policy councils, using primarily qualitative methodologies, in particular the use of the interview technique for data collection and content analysis for data analysis. The general picture presented is of a diverse research field in terms of methods and techniques, but with low complexity when statistical analyzes are used and little methodological transparency in the case of qualitative research.
The literature on international norms, especially from the 2020s onwards, proved to be unavoidable both for the theoretical development of the International Relations discipline and for the possibilities of empirical analysis in regard to the cascade process, inflection and/or contestation of international norms. Mapping the processes, dynamics and actors (accompanied by their associated contexts) - of the diffusion, translation and vernacularization of international norms - offers productive theoretical-methodological pathways to cover various international agendas. This article aim is, therefore, to offer, through a bibliographical balance, a map of the international literature, aimed at covering different regions of the globe and dedicated to recognizing that there is no vacuum in the normative space and, consequently, the various travellings of international norms do not follow a common itinerary in their dynamic and interactive process of (re)construction via diffusion-translation-vernacularization
2025-01-28T00:00:00-03:00Copyright (c) 2024 BIB - Revista Brasileira de Informação Bibliográfica em Ciências Sociaishttps://bibanpocs.emnuvens.com.br/revista/article/view/691Redes e inovação2024-06-15T11:25:40-03:00Rodrigo Foresta Wolffenbüttelrodrigo.foresta@ufrgs.brVictor dos Reis Wolffenbüttelvictorrwolff@outlook.com
This is a systematic view on how different perspectives on networks and innovation are related within the fields of study. Innovation can be studied under various network approaches, all of which focus on the links between actors and their role in innovation. Based on this scope, we conducted a bibliometric literature analysis on the topic and main concepts associated with the approaches to understand the intellectual interactions and structural connections between the research field constituents. Results point to a clear division in the field, with different relations between the main investigated themes, the areas of study and the references. Based on current academic production, the main theoretical implication is a predominance of publications associated with interorganizational networks and applied social sciences, with little collaboration between the main authors of different approaches despite the great number of common topics. Thus, this research contributed to the mapping of the field of study, its division by approaches, themes and disciplinary areas, deepening the knowledge on the subject and its structuring in academia.
2024-06-24T00:00:00-03:00Copyright (c) 2024 BIB - Revista Brasileira de Informação Bibliográfica em Ciências Sociaishttps://bibanpocs.emnuvens.com.br/revista/article/view/690O campo de estudos sobre governança colaborativa2024-06-15T11:02:38-03:00Humberto Falcão Martinshumberto.martins@fdc.org.brEttore de Carvalho Oriolettore.oriol@gmail.comDouglas Wegnerdwegner@fdc.org.brPatrícia Lage Beckerpatricia.becker@fdc.org.br Aldemir Drummondaldemir@fdc.org.br
Collaborative governance is a response to a series of organizational challenges. Albeit a promising strategy, it requires better conceptual outlines to facilitate empirical studies and theoretical deepening. This article presents a bibliometric review on collaborative governance studies in the fields of management and public administration. Bibliographic searches were conducted in the Web of Science and Scopus databases in January 2022, returning 437 studies. Analysis results show a vigorous and growing field, with systematized and widely used analytical models. Trends, themes and issues focus the local level; social strategy and management; to innovation and design; and to stakeholders. As main directions for future studies, the reviewed articles point to the expansion of already consolidated analytical models; the empirical testing of these and other models; approaches to the themes and issues mentioned above; and the broader sensitization of journals to the topic of collaborative governance in general. Since those moments depicted by the author, trade unionism, despite its ups and downs, has never left the scene in labor studies in Brazil. Both articles, among the first bibliographical reviews on the subject, with an attentive and keen look to the context at the time, trade unionism and social research, had a great impact in the academic field and in affirming BIB as a space for publishing Social Sciences bibliographical reviews.
