Cer article travaille, à partir de la lirtérature Internationale existant sur le snjet, l’idee, encore peu étudiée au Brésil, de justice de transition. Outre la definition du concept, il analyse son développement et indique les principaux repères associes à la reflexion, ce qui inclue, d’un côté, de graves violations des droits de l’homme er, dun autre, le besoin de justice qui émerge dans les périodes de passage vers la démocratie ou la fin de conflits. L'actualité du thème devient explicite en vis avis du grand nombre de pays qui font face à l’adoption d'un ou de plusieurs mécanismes qui caractérisent la justice de transition ec dans les institutions, surtout les commissions de vérité et les tribunaux, créées pour assurer cetre cache.Téléchargements
