L’objectif de ce résumé est de présenter un panorama de la discussion sur la sûreté internationale dans la période de l’après Guerre Froide en analysant, dans un premier temps, l’abordage de ce thème par les théories positivistes et post-positivistes des relations internationales. Nous discuterons ensuite les deux principaux axes thématiques autour desquels la question de la sûreté internationale se développe : les changements en ce qui concerne la distribution et la nature du pouvoir, en montrant les avancées et les limitations des différentes perspectives analytiques dans l’abordage de ces deux questions
