The literature on international norms, especially from the 2020s onwards, proved to be unavoidable both for the theoretical development of the International Relations discipline and for the possibilities of empirical analysis in regard to the cascade process, inflection and/or contestation of international norms. Mapping the processes, dynamics and actors (accompanied by their associated contexts) - of the diffusion, translation and vernacularization of international norms - offers productive theoretical-methodological pathways to cover various international agendas. This article aim is, therefore, to offer, through a bibliographical balance, a map of the international literature, aimed at covering different regions of the globe and dedicated to recognizing that there is no vacuum in the normative space and, consequently, the various travellings of international norms do not follow a common itinerary in their dynamic and interactive process of (re)construction via diffusion-translation-vernacularization
