Abstract

This paper discusses how the social sciences have perceived companies and entrepreneurs as well as their responses to matters called forth by the civilian society, workers, and businessman from1970 to 2000. The analysis takes into consideration the following dimensions: economical and social structure, companies, and the social sciences. It chooses some entrepreneurial strategies in order to show more clearly the narrow reladonship between the social and economical development of companies and the different conjunctures, with emphasis on the nineties.
