Résumé

Cet article est une revue systématique de la littérature associée à la bibliométrie sur le thème de smart cities dans le domaine des sciences sociales. On a analysé les métadonnées de 67 articles scientifiques publiées entre 2015 et 2020 dans le Web of Science. L’article discute la manière dont ce débat est organisé et sur les programmes de recherche actuels. Outre la cartographie de cette littérature, on cherche à identifier ses lacunes les plus visibles et ses possibles développements futurs. Pour ce faire, on a eu recours à l’analyse de la co-occurrence de mots-clés et du couplage bibliographique des sources et des documents, mesuré à l’aide du logiciel VOSviewer. Les résultats indiquent cinq principaux agendas de recherche liés aux aspects technologiques qui ont un impact ques publiques, la responsabilité et la participation des citoyens dans le contexte de la gestion des villes.
