Abstract

Focusing on history and the social sciences, the article review s academ ic production about anti-Sem itism in Brazil under colonialism and during contem porary times. It identifies the issues found in the literature and argues for the need to advance further in studies o f the topic, above all on the influence that anti-Semitism may have had on Brazilian sociability.
